PEJAK, the Iranian wing of the terrorist organization PKK, announced that it has ended its “separatist actions” due to a lack of power, Iranian state-run IRNA agency reported on Sunday.
The report citing a TV channel broadcasting on behalf of the terrorist PEJAK organization, said the organization was not considering continuing with ‘separatist’ efforts against the Turkish, Iranian, Syrian and Iraqi central governments.
“We are lacking of the power needed to stand against central governments,” IRNA quoted the terrorist organization as saying, adding that they would end their actions due to lack of resources.
Turkey and Iran have been long fighting against the terrorist movements operated by both the PKK and its Iranian wing, PEJAK.
The PKK is listed as a terrorist group by Ankara and much of the international community, including the EU and the United States.
