One soldier was killed and three others wounded in Batman
7 07 2010Terrorists killed one soldier and wounded three others, including a lieutenant, in an attack on a commando team in Gercus town of south-east province of Batman on Tuesday night, the Governor’s Office in Batman said on Wednesday.
According to the Batman Governor’s Office, the attack on Turkish commando troops took place at around 20:50 hours.
Wounded soldiers have been taken to the Military Hospital in Diyarbakir and they are not in life-threatening condition.
